"Exceed Your Potential!"

PRE-SEASON BOOT CAMP

Season Kick-Off - Saturday July 11, 2009 - 9AM

The fall sports season is not far away!  Are you ready for it?  Come out and join us for a pre-season boot camp that is sure to kick start your conditioning, start building your base fitness, and give you plenty of drills to perform throughout the week to improve your speed, agility, conditioning, and overall strength for any sport!

So how much is this going to cost you?  Absolutely NOTHING... with the exception of some hard work, discipline and tons of sweat!  As the first boot camp offering of TODAY! Fitness, we are making this weekly camp available FREE of CHARGE!  The only thing we are asking in return is for your open, honest, feedback with the completion of a brief survey at the end of the summer.  Does that sound fair?

When your season starts, you want to be the person at camp that all the coaches and athletes are watching.  Start putting the time in now and get the edge!
